The center is closed on the following days. You will receive the closing dates every new year and reminded 1-2 weeks before each date. You are charged for this day if it is your normal scheduled day of the week. Also, due to severe weather, we may have to close the center pending weather
When you enroll, we will set up your schedule. This will be the basis for your child(ren)'s weekly tuition. You will be allowed one week of vacation per calendar year (equal to days a week normally present). There will be no tuition charged for this week. Holidays and sick days are to be paid as part of the weekly tuition. No credit will be given when a child is absent or doesn't attend regular scheduled days.
If your child or children will not be attending the entire summer term, a holding fee of $50.00 for a child or $100.00 for a family will be charged. This also applies to families that take a leave of absence from the center for three weeks or more and a registration fee applies again.
Payments are due by 6:15pm on the Friday before the next week schedule. A late fee of $5.00 per day, including weekends will be charged to your account. Also the 10% discount will no longer apply either. There are no reimbursements. *See schedules*
You are responsible to notify the Assistant Director or Director/Owner in writing two weeks in advance of the last day of childcare for you child, or children. All fees must be paid in full prior to your last day of childcare.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. No exceptions.
A finance charge of 5% will be added to all accounts with balances over 30 days.
Payments will be accepted through the County Family Services program (the 10% discount does not apply). Families are responsible to pay over the county maximum, field trips, co-pays, or any thing else that the County will not pay for.
